We will be walking through the Corrales Bosque on the west side of the river, with the option to stop by the Flying Star Cafe at the end of the walk. Walk leaders are Pablo and Anna. The meeting place is the Alameda Open Space Parking area. This is a 3-mile loop moderate hike with dirt/sand surfaces that crosses the Alameda bridge. We would like to invite everyone to Kickstand Cafe after the walk.

This is a Pilgrim pot luck gathering for anyone who is interested in sharing and learning about the Camino, and those who have walked or planned to walk. A Blessing Ceremony will be had for those planning to walk in the near future.

We will go through five city parks: Ross Enchanted, Lynnewood, Piedra Lisa, Crestview Heights, and Don Juan de Oñate Parks. There are no restrooms along the walk. The route is about 4 miles.

Easy walk on flat packed earth trail in the Bosque.

The walk will begin at the Pueblo Montano Picnic Area. We walk south for about 2 miles and then return. It may be quite warm, though early, so bring hat and water.
