Albuquerque, NM: Albuquerque Chapter, Sandia Foothills Walk

New Date: This event was rescheduled from January 23 to January 30.

A foothills walk with Brian Morrison, who walked the Camino Frances in winter, on Sunday afternoon, January 30, 1-3 p.m.

The parking lot to meet up will be: 11809 Pino Ave NE, at the Sandia Equestrian Park. There are quite a few ups and downs over a distance of about 3.5 miles, half on a trail and half on asphalt. There are port-potties at the end and one half-way through. There are some benches where we can stop for snacks and breaks with beautiful views over the city and the mountains.
