Darby Creek Metropark - CEDAR RIDGE AREA - 1775 Darby Creek Road, Galloway, Ohio 43119. Please note this is the Cedar Ridge area and NOT the bison/nature center area or the Indian Ridge area. Meet in parking lot in front of Rangers' Station at 2:30 pm EST.

We will hike the Cobshell, Ancient and Terrace Trails for 6.2 miles on gravel and dirt trails We will walk both shaded areas and meadow. There are a couple mild ascents and descents and one moderate ascent (at least it felt moderate to me carrying a 12# pack!) Feel free to wear your backpack for some training for your Camino or just hike to connect with the Camino community. Wear hiking boots or footwear suited for uneven terrain and some wet or slightly muddy areas with the recent rains. Trails are well maintained. Restrooms available along the trails. We will stop for a rest so bring water and a snack. You might also want to bring bug spray. There is ample parking at no charge. Walk will be held rain or shine but will be cancelled if thunderstorms.
