Lewis Center OH: GEAR SWAP / SALE & WALK followed by LUNCH at SENIOR ANTONIO’S MEXICAN RESTAURANT

Join us at SHALE HOLLOW PARK – a Delaware Preservation Park – on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 10 am for our first ever GEAR SWAP / SALE & WALK, followed by LUNCH at SENIOR ANTONIO’S MEXICAN RESTAURANT.

SHALE HOLLOW PARK – 6320 Artisan Run – Lewis Center, Ohio 43035 – is located just off State Route 23 (Columbus Pike). It has a lovely shelter house with picnic tables, indoor restrooms, and about 3 miles of trail. Senor Antonio’s Mexican Restaurant is located about 3 miles south of the park at 8617 Columbus Pike – Lewis Center, Ohio 43035. Park in the parking lot at the base of the hill, near the program center and shelter house.
Park administration has graciously allowed us to swap and buy/sell our hiking and camping items among ourselves, no soliciting other park visitors is permitted. Although Venmo, Zelle and other electronic means are encouraged, we may exchange cash discretely.

After the GEAR SWAP / SALE, we will explore the trails in Shale Hollow. Wear footwear suitable for varied terrain. This is a rain or shine event, however, we will not walk if thunder,lightening or strong winds. In the case of inclement weather, we will go to Senor Antonio’s Mexican Restaurant early for lunch.
