Meet in back parking lot near Shrock Lake in Sharon Woods Metropark at 10 am for our Camino Circle for introductions and general Camino questions and conversation. Veteran pilgrims come with your wisdom! Newbies bring your questions and concerns! We have 1.2 mile and 5 mile options for walking mostly shaded asphalt and gravel/dirt trails. Gentle ascents and descents. Wear suitable footwear and bring a water bottle and optional snack. This event is rain or shine but we will not walk if there is thunder, lightning or strong wind. Feel free to wear your backpack. There are water fountains and restrooms available in park, but the first water fountain near our starting point had a chlorine taste so bring some water from home to begin our adventure! The water from the other fountains tasted fine. There is ample free parking.
Please note that due to American Pilgrims policy, dogs cannot be brought to this event.
