Paint Creek Trail. Meet at parking lot near Rochester Community Arts Building, 816 Ludlow, Rochester, MI 48307, located on the west side of Rochester Municipal Park. Walk about 5 miles round trip on Michigan’s first non-motorized rail-to-trail pathway; flat but with interesting and varied scenes.

Lakelands Trail trailhead near 9568 Chilson Commons Circle, Pinckney, MI 48169

Walk on rail-to-trail asphalt surface about 5-6 miles out and back. Parking available, no parking sticker/pass needed. No water source so bring your own! Porta-johns at about the halfway mark on the walk.
