Wine Tasting and Class

Join fellow pilgrims for a premium wine class at Total Wine. In light of the growing popularity of the Via Francigena and the 800th anniversary of the passing of St. Francis of Assisi, this time we’ve chosen to focus on Italian wines.
Under the guidance of an expert sommelier, the group will explore the many distinctive wines of Italy, from the bright Proseccos and crisp Pino Grigios of the north to the rich, dark reds of Sicily. This event is free of charge for the first 20 participants, but preference will be given to paid members of American Pilgrims on the Camino (join today!). Additional participants can pay $30 on-site to Total Wine.
