Waltham, MA: Boston Chapter, Beaver Brook Hike and Mighty Squirrel Tertulia

Saturday, August 12, 10:30 a.m.: Beaver Brook North Reservation Walk,
followed by 12 noon tertulia at Mighty Squirrel Brewing Company

Join us for an easy one-hour, 2.5-mile walk at the Beaver Brook North Reservation. We will meet at the Elsie Turner Field at 421 Trapelo Road in Waltham, directly across the street from the National Archives.

Following our walk, we will gather for an informal tertulia at the nearby Mighty Squirrel Brewing Company at 411 Waverley Oaks Road. There is plenty of outside and inside seating at Mighty Squirrel, and lunch and snacks are available from the Taqueria Mariana food truck, which will be onsite that day. (Patrons are also allowed to bring their own food.)

If you cannot join us for the hike, but would like to gather with other pilgrims, we expect to be at Mighty Squirrel from noon until about two. No RSVP necessary if you are not walking with us.
