Treman State Park, NY: Finger Lakes Chapter, Hike and Gathering

Join the Finger Lakes Chapter for a hike through Treman State Park (the leaves should be beautiful by then) after which we'll gather at Ithaca Beer around 12:30.

Meet-up will be the dirt parking lot off Route 34-96 northbound precisely where Route 13 northbound coming up from Elmira joins in. The lot is down a little hill and right next to Enfield Creek.

Warning: Never try to get into the parking lot from the southbound lanes of the highway! This is very dangerous. Instead, keep going south on 34-96 after Route 13 breaks away toward Elmira. After a few hundred feet you’ll come to a U-turn – head back north to Ithaca on 34-96 and watch for the parking lot entrance.
