This program is will be lead by Elaine Kraemer. This program is for those who long for the peace of the Camino, who want more from their daily walks, seek a deeper connection with their higher nature or are curious about meditating. Elaine walked the Camino de Santiago and meditated every day – as she has for 13 years. She now leads a meditation group at Desert Cross Lutheran Church and has seen the benefits of routine practice in herself and in others.

She will share her experience with meditating, talk about walking meditation and other ways to incorporate meditation in your day. She will lead a guided meditation and a short walking meditation for those interested in trying it.

BRING: A mat or beach towel if you prefer.

All activities are planned & led by volunteers and donations are appreciated to support the chapter. If you are a member of the American Pilgrims on the Camino and interested in leading a hike or walk, please contact us at phoenix@americanpilgrims.org.

Please stay home if you are sick or not feeling well.
