Keith and Aimee hiked the Camino Francis in 2022 to spread Aimee’s father’s ashes. Keith is a local orthotist and foot expert who has a lot of first-hand advice on how to prepare your feet for the Camino, take care of your feet during your Camino, and keep your feet fit for a lifetime of strong walking health.

The St. Louis Central Library is located in downtown St. Louis at 1301 Olive Street. Park at any of the street metered spots for free on Sundays or at any of the parking lots. Enter at either the Olive Street or Locust Street side. We will meet in Training Room #2.4. Any member of the library staff can point you in the right direction.

We recommend you arrive early or stay after the gathering to explore the library. Built in 1912, it is a truly beautiful building with a lot of history. Sunday library hours are 1:00-5:00PM.

All are welcome. Please email stlouis@americanpilgrims.org to RSVP so we can be properly prepared.
