We hope you can join us for the Rocks of Sharon Hike within the Dishman Hills Conservation Area.

Parking: We will start at the south entrance (9102 S Stevens Creek Rd, Spokane, WA 99223). No parking pass required.

Driving: From E. 57th Ave in Southeast Spokane, head south on the Palouse Hwy for 5.5 miles. Turn left (north) on South Stevens Creek Road and drive 2.1 miles to the southside trailhead parking area.

Hike Details: Distance is 4-4.5 miles and moderate difficulty. There is a climb early on, then a long downhill, back up to Rocks of Sharon, and finally dropping down to the parking lot on single track trail.
The hike begins from the south trailhead by hiking north on the road from the parking area through the gate and up the trail along Stevens Creek. It’s 1.1 miles and 675 ft of elevation gain up the switchbacking trail to the Rocks of Sharon. Bear left to the main trail, drop down onto the west ridge of Iller Creek Trail. Hike ~1 mile to a signed junction, bear right to the Upper Valley Trail, continue .8 miles to the Iller Creek East Ridge Trail, turn right uphill to the Rocks of Sharon (we want to see them from all sides!), and dropping back down to the trailhead.
