Spokane, WA: Spokane Chapter, Northtown Mall Walk and Trekking Pole Clinic

Come stay warm for our January walk inside the mall! If you are interested in learning more about using trekking poles for your walking adventures, we will also be providing a tutorial. (Poles can reduce fatigue and the compressive impact on your knees, ankles and feet.) After several laps around the mall, those who are interested can gather for coffee and conversation at the Thomas Hammer Coffee Roasters also located within the mall.

Mall doors open for walkers at 9:00, and we will meet at the NE door between Bonefish Grill and Buffalo Wild Wings. Let’s plan to meet right inside those doors and start walking at 9:10.
