Sparks, NV: Lake Tahoe Chapter, Sparks Marina Social Walk

Please join us to walk along the beautiful Sparks Marina Loop on Saturday, February 1 at 10:00 AM. It is a 1.9 mile level loop which we will circle twice for a total of 3.8 miles (about an hour and half walk time with stops to take in the views).

This trail is a paved, urban multi-use trail around the scenic Sparks Marina that is open to foot and bike traffic, fishing and boating as well as swimming (in season). Features include views of Mt Rose and Peavine Mountain. The majority of the trail is estimated to be in the mostly gentle grade category (5% or less). There are benches and picnic tables along the route for resting. https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/nevada/sparks-marina-loop

This is a social, get acquainted walk to learn about the Camino. If you are a Pilgrim, please join us to share your experience; if you just want information or are planning to do a Camino, you are welcome to join us for answers to your questions. If you have a friend who may be interested in the Camino, invite him/her to come along.  All are welcome.

Rendezvous.  We will meet in the large paved parking lot off of Howard Drive at the northwest end of the trail at 10:00 AM.
