Sarasota, FL: Tampa Bay Chapter, Sarasota Urban Training Hike

Join the Tampa Bay Chapter for a 5-mile hike over to St. Armand’s Circle and back. This is an all-pavement walk and is good prep for the urban and pavement walking on the Camino. Should be a beautiful walk.

Parking is by Bayfront Park. Public restrooms are behind O’Leary’s Tiki Bar and our hike leaders, Jenn and Mark, suggest it as a good spot afterwards for a late breakfast or lunch. (O’Leary’s, that is!) And perhaps a refreshing cerveza.

Bring your walking sticks, hat and sunscreen for a fun filled “Camino spirit” hike. Not too much shade but no bugs.

Ask questions, train and help mentor those preparing for their Camino.
