San Diego, CA: San Diego Chapter, Balboa Park Hike

Route description: The route begins in Spanish Village, then past zoo entrance and carousel, over to rose gardens. From there , we will head west past the huge fountain and over the Cabrillo Bridge to the Marston House located in northwest corner of the park. Turning back we’ll go to southwest part of park and back over the bridge to view the International houses and Organ Pavilion before heading to Panama 66 for the optional lunch in the sculpture gardens around 11-11:15AM.

Optional lunch: Panama 66 Sculpture Gardens in the center circle of Balboa Park. No reservations taken. Join us for lunch even if you don’t hike with us.
