San Antonio, TX: Alamo Chapter, Guided Walk Through King William District & Along San Antonio River

When: Saturday, October 19 from 2:00 pm – ?. Arrive no later than 2:00 pm for a short welcome & walk details; walk begins immediately following.

Details: Meet in the parking lot of Beethoven Männerchor Halle und Biergarten, 422 Pereida St. After sign-in & a short welcome, our walk leader, Denise Richter, will explain the details of the walk.This will be a 3-mile guided walk (not hike) on flat paved sidewalks of the King William area & along the San Antonio River. It will be a loop walk. We will end up back at Beethoven Halle und Biergarten, which opens at 4 pm, and you are invited to stay and enjoy a San Antonio-style German post-Camino walk get-together. This is a great opportunity to see this historic district, learn something new, & enjoy visiting with your fellow Pilgrims.

Optional Post-Walk Get Together: Beethoven Männerchor Halle und Biergarten – for a beer, food, or both. Beer service begins at 4 pm; food service begins at 5 pm.

Remember all your stuff: This is more of a walk, not a hike, but please do remember water, hat, sunscreen, & anything else you might need.
