Registration for Private Motorcoach Transportation to and/or from the 2026 Gathering Site (Mo-Ranch

Please use this supplemental registration and payment form to register for private bus transportation from San Antonio to Mo-Ranch Presbyterian Assembly on Thursday, April 9, 2026 and/or transportation from Mo-Ranch Presbyterian Assembly to the San Antonio Airport on April 12, 2026.  

You may register for either one-way or round-trip transportation.  

Make your flight arrangements before you register for transportation.  Then, when you register for transportation, be ready to enter your flight information with arrival and departure time so we can assign you to an appropriate bus.

Busses will leave the San Antonio Airport for Mo-Ranch on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 1:30pm and 3pm.  A bus will leave from Downtown San Antonio at 1pm (all Mission Walk participants will use this bus).

Return trip busses will leave Mo-Ranch for the San Antonio Airport on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at 12:30pm.  

Specific pickup and dropoff locations at San Antonio Airport and in Downtown San Antonio will be provided in later communications.

The trip between San Antonio Airport and Mo-Ranch takes approximately 2 hours and when making flight arrangements you should leave ample time to account for any flight or traffic delays.  American Pilgrims on the Camino is not responsible for missed flights or rides due to such delays.  

Completing this form does not register you for the 2026 Gathering

Payment must be made by credit card only and paid in full by 11:55pm EDT February 14, 2026. 

We are unable to provide a refund if you cancel after February 14, 2026.
