On Saturday the 11th we hike from Pacifica to the Hostel, and on to Half Moon Bay (HMB) on Sunday the 12th. A total distance of 15.9 miles. There is an (optional) overnight at HI Point Montara Lighthouse Hostel on Friday the 10th.
On Saturday everyone meets up early in HMB. We leave our cars there and take the bus from HMB to Pacifica. Our hike is up and over the mountain with a beautiful view-point, BYO bag lunch stop halfway to Montara. Dinner that night is at the hostel – group cooked or pizza delivery (TBD)*. Sunday, breakfast provided or you bring (TBD*), after which we walk to HMB, stopping for lunch in Pillar Point.
Whether you are a newbie, or an experienced pilgrim, this is a wonderful opportunity to pick the hive-mind about your first, or next Camino.
