Online:Iowa Chapter, Virtual Charla ; Treking the Tour de Mont Blanc

Are you looking for a challenging trek beyond the borders of Spain and/or Portugal? Local pilgrim, Julie Kordick, recently completed the Tour du Mount Blanc, a roughly 165km (100 mile) hiking circuit around the Mount Blanc massif in the Alps traversing through parts of France, Italy, & Switzerland. While not exactly a pilgrimage, it is similar to the Camino in that you hike each day to a new village location.
Julie will share her experience walking the Tour du Mont Blanc this summer with her sister-in-law and fellow pilgrim, Donna, and her nephew. We hope you will join the presentation and discussion.
