Online: St. Louis Chapter, Virtual Paella Cook Along

Join us via Zoom as Martin Peña, fellow pilgrim and member of the Northern California Chapter of American Pilgrims on the Camino, welcomes us into his Sonoma County kitchen and walks us through preparing this world-famous and signature Spanish dish. Break out your paella pan and cook along or sit back, relax, and enjoy the demonstration with a glass of wine or your favorite beverage!

While cooking, we’ll take the opportunity to discover all about paella, including:

• History of Paella
• Types of Paella
• Politics of Paella!

This cook along is designed for the enjoyment of both spectators and participants. If you’re cooking along, by the end of the session you should have a beautiful paella, ready for you and your clan to enjoy. Just add a fresh green salad, some bread, and a bottle of wine to complete the meal.
