Online: Northern California Chapter, Paella Cook Along

Join chapter member Martin Peña as he Zooms directly from his Sonoma County kitchen and walks us through preparing this world famous signature Spanish dish. Break out your paella pan and cook along or sit back, relax and enjoy the demonstration with a glass of wine or your favorite drink!

While cooking, we’ll take the opportunity to discover all about paella, including:

• Types of Paella
• Politics of Paella!

We’ve designed the “Cook Along” for the enjoyment of both spectators and participants. If you’re following along, at the end of the session, you should have a beautiful paella, ready for you and your clan to enjoy. All you’ll need is a fresh green salad, some bread, and a bottle of wine to complete the meal.
