Online: Northern California Chapter, Considerations for Women on the Camino

Join us for a special women-only discussion designed to help you prepare for your Camino journey—whether you’re walking solo or with others. This interactive session, led by experienced pilgrims Laurie Reynolds, Susan Alcorn and Laurie Ferris, will cover important topics unique to women on the trail.

Topics Include:

• Walking solo as a woman: safety concerns, overcoming fear, and navigating cultural perceptions
• How to handle bathroom needs in the woods (while following Leave No Trace principles)
• Staying healthy: nourishing foods and remedies for common ailments
• Strategies for making the journey more comfortable

This will be an interactive session—we encourage participants to share their own tips, experiences, and questions!
