Milwaukee WI: Southern Wisconsin Chapter, Milwaukee River Boardwalk Hike

PARKING: Summerfest will be in full swing! Use an app such as Spot Hero to secure a parking spot ahead of time. https://spothero.com/

FACILITIES: A gathering space is available inside the apartment complex for us to bring in tapas and wine prior to our walk. There is a fridge available to keep things cold. Please clearly mark all items “American Pilgrims Group.” There is also a restroom available in the apartment building. Feel free to hang out after tapas to play pool, ping pong, or bocce ball.

WHAT TO EXPECT: A lovely summer stroll along the River Boardwalk, through the Historic 3rd Ward and Lakeshore State Park. This is an out and back walk, roughly 3-4 miles. Don’t forget sunscreen!

WHAT TO BRING: Tapas or wine to share, and a donativo if you wish to take home a chapter patch for your pack.

CREDENTIAL STAMP: If you are walking a Camino this year and would like your first stamp to be our chapter stamp, please bring your Credential (Pilgrim’s Passport) to any of our monthly meetings.
