GETTING THERE:

As you enter the park, look for the group near the biergarten (close to the parking lot and Shelter #1).
ENTRY, PARKING, FACILITIES:
No state parking sticker is required.
MORE ABOUT THE HIKE:
Approximate walking distance is 2.25 miles on trail. If the group would like, we can add more distance at the nearby Parkside campus. Terrain is moderate with some hills, and walking poles will come in handy.
WHAT TO BRING:
Bring tapas to share (no wine allowed this time, because we will be socializing in the biergarten, where we can purchase beer and other beverages). Plates, forks, and napkins will be provided.
