Jacksonville, OR: Southern Oregon, Volunteering on the Camino

Four local pilgrims will share their experiences of volunteering in different capacities on the Camino. Roel and Tina Arrendondo worked in the Pilgrim Office in Santiago issuing Compostela certificates to those completing their Caminos.

Hospitaleros(as) are the heart and soul of the Camino. It can be hard but rewarding work. Nan Schulman and Socorro Holloway have both served as hospitaleras and will give us a glimpse of what it’s like to provide hospitality to other pilgrims.
