Houston, TX: Texas Gulf Coast Chapter, Downtown Tunnels Walk

Come discover the tunnel systems in downtown Houston. We meet at Buffalo Bayou Park Cisterns. There is plenty of free parking in the streets or parking lot H one block away. We will leave promptly at 8:30 am. This 5-mile walk starts outdoors then after 1/2 mile we enter the tunnels. We would recommend you dress in layers, it can be warm in tunnels or cold outdoors. Bring water and rain gear if needed. There are facilities along the way if needed.
