Denver CO: Colorado Front Range Chapter, St. James Day Picnic

Our Annual St. James Day Picnic is always a lot of fun! We come and bring a dish and/or a drink to share and there is always lots of Camino and Pilgrimage stories that are shared. Last year it worked so well, we will have it again at Christine Petty’s home, in Denver. (When you register, you will get the address.) We’ll not try to organize the potluck nature of the event – it’s a potluck after all – so bring whatever picnic-appropriate dish you’d like to share with others. And if you have a portable picnic/lawn chair, please bring one, to assure we have enough seating for all. We’ll provide water, paper plates and plastic utensils. If you’d like something else for a beverage other than water, feel free to bring it! (i.e. soft drinks, wine, beer, etc.) Be sure to bring your Camino and Pilgrimage tales to share….and for the new pilgrims, bring your questions! There will be lots of Camino and pilgrimage talk and experience pilgrims LOVE to help new pilgrims with lots of tips! And for 1st time pilgrims walking later in 2025, we will have a mini-shell ceremony!

Last year we asked pilgrims to share some of their favorite Camino and pilgrimage photos. That was so fun to see, that we will ask folks to share their photos again! (But this time, the screen will be inside so we can view the photos better….). So, if you would like to share some photos, please send them in to the email address below (in the “What you Need to Know” section.)
As always, remember….No dogs allowed, per the American Pilgrims policy…..
