Coatesville, PA: Philadelphia Chapter, ChesLen Preserve Hike

Join us for a hike in Chester County beautiful ChesLen Preserve! We’ll do about 5-6 miles on a combination of trails in the preserve (parts of the Red, Yellow, and Green and Purples trails), where we’ll cover a variety of terrain: forested trail, flat walking through fields, a path through rolling hills with views of the countryside.

Brin water, a snack and poles if you like to use them. There will be a bathroom (quite a nice one!) at the start/finish of the walk.

That should take you to the larger parking lot adjacent to the Lenfest Center (there are a couple of smaller parking lots at trailheads, but you’re aiming for the big one.) Look for a friendly group with hiking poles and backpacks!

After the hike we can stop for a drink/bite to eat at the nearby Four Dogs Tavern, where we can continue talking all things Camino.
