Chapter Hike – Falls Lake

Come join the Raleigh Chapter for a hike. For real! John Whisler will be leading this easy and hopefully not heavily trafficked five- to nine-mile out and back hike along the shore of Falls Lake (Day Hikes P & Q on the Mountains to Sea Trail). We’ll meet at the Hickory Hill Boat Ramp (Redwood Rd., Durham, NC) at 8:00 am and step off at 8:15. The Hickory Hill Boat Ramp is about 25 miles (35 minutes) north of Raleigh (go north on NC 50 and then left after you cross Falls Lake). You will receive a confirmation email at 7:00 p.m. on that day. Remember, you don’t have to be a member of the American Pilgrims to participate. Family and friends are welcome!
