Carpentersville, IL: Chicago Chapter, Raceway Woods Hike

Our next hike will be on November 12, 2022, to be led by Stephany Mollo.

Gather at the silo parking lot at 9:45 am and set off along the outer loop at 10:00 am, At a moderate pace and with frequent stops, we should return to eat our bag lunches by the silo shortly after 11:30 am. Afterward, we’ll take on the mountain bike trails. They can be challenging, so hiking poles are advised.

Directions: Take I-90 west to IL-31 north (exit 54B); proceed for 4 miles. After passing Huntley Road, you will pass Spring Point Drive and River Bluff Drive (both on the left). Raceway Woods is across the street! GPS: 42 07.220, -088 17.985
