Walk with us along Central Iowa’s Chichaqua Trail to the small town of Santiago (Iowa)!
We’ll meet at the NE 88th St trailhead parking lot north of Bondurant, IA. We plan to walk approximately 11 km (about 7 miles) round-trip to the Santiago United Methodist Church and back. Please bring water and snacks. For those in training, bring your pack to hike. You are welcome to bring a friend along. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at any of our events. The trail has a nice tree canopy that provides shade, but a hat/visor and sunglasses are recommended!

A shell ceremony will be held at the church for all pilgrims preparing to leave in the near future.
