The American Pilgrims on the Camino Chapter discusses new topics every month including such topics as: Camino 101, volunteering on the Camino, the Portuguese Way, and other great Camino experiences. The local chapter focuses on keeping its members connected to the Camino and introducing new people to the phenomenon. This is accomplished by hosting social events, walks, mentoring future pilgrims and serving as a local host for hospitalero training through American Pilgrims. It's said that volunteering on the Camino is even better than walking it. Join us as Rebecca Weston and Chris & Esther Slater let us know if this is true. They'll share their experiences volunteering along the Camino de Santiago and let you know how you, too, can support the pilgrims of the Camino in this way.
