2026 Gathering – What You Need to Know
We’re looking forward to Gathering with you at Mo Ranch. Here are some further details regarding the program and other relevant information

Preview the 2026 Gathering Program
At the 2026 Gathering of Pilgrims, our program brings this year’s theme—“Echoes from the Camino — The Gifts We Carry. The Gifts We Share”—to life in meaningful and heartfelt ways.
Over four days, you’ll experience a rich mix of storytelling, music, art, conversation, and hands-on sessions. Some moments may inspire you, others may surprise you, and many will invite you to reflect on your own Camino story.
Whether you come to listen, to share, or simply to be present, there is something here for every pilgrim. Each session is an opportunity to connect, to learn, and to carry a little more of the Camino forward.
Here’s the downloadable program.
Lodging Overview
We’re expecting around 300 pilgrims this year—so get ready for a full and lively Gathering. Lodging has been assigned based on your registration selections.
Hotel-Style Lodging
Rooms include linens, towels, and basic toiletries, and most have two or more beds.
If you’re in a single room and open to sharing, let us know—your flexibility could help welcome a fellow pilgrim from the waitlist.
Albergue-Style Lodging
For those embracing the albergue spirit, linens and towels are provided, and sleeping areas are shared across multiple rooms (not one large dorm).
Bathrooms and showers are available on each floor, and quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm.
You may want to bring earplugs or shower shoes—little things that can make the experience even more comfortable.
The Loma Linda dorm is divided into smaller sleeping spaces across two floors, with shared bathroom areas designated for men and women. We’ll also have a few simple guidelines to help everyone enjoy the communal experience.
Here’s more info on the dorm.
Getting Around Mo-Ranch
Mo-Ranch is a beautiful, peaceful campus set along the Guadalupe River—and it’s meant to be enjoyed on foot.
Most activities will take place near the Main Auditorium and Manor House Courtyard, where check-in will also be located. Parking is available near all main areas.
Bring comfortable walking shoes—you’ll want them.
Transportation: Motorcoach and Rideshare
Motorcoach
We’ll be offering motorcoach transportation from San Antonio Airport and Downtown San Antonio to Mo-Ranch.
If you’ve signed up, we’ll send details on pickup locations and timing in a separate email. Please plan carefully, as delays may require alternate arrangements.
Rideshare Board
Looking to share a ride—or offer one?
We’ll provide a simple way for pilgrims to connect and coordinate travel together.
Here’s a link to the rideshare board.
