Phoenix AZ: Valley of the Sun Chapter, AZ Canal Walk 10 miles

This is the last in the series of four walks intended to help pilgrims dial in their gear. The terrain on the canal simulates the Meseta – flat and no shade but easy to walk on, and a nice place for conversation.

Easy training hike along the Arizona Canal, starting at Granada Park and stopping for 2nd Breakfast at the midway point: AJ’s on Camelback and 44th Street.

Time: 4-5 hours due to distance & 2nd Breakfast stop
