Join Chapter members Jay and Emiko Heal for a vigorous but beautiful 11-mile hike through Rock Creek Park. The hike will head north and follow the Valley Trail to Boundary Bridge (where the group will take a break) before returning along the West Ridge Trail. Pack a lunch or snack. Total estimated time is about 6 hours (2.5mph pace).
