The Lodge Bar & Patio, 17025 Mt. Rose Highway, Reno, NV. The Lodge is a favorite Tahoe Pilgrims post-hike and snowshoe spot for libations and snacks. It boasts a private room and outdoor patio space for our tasting pleasure. https://www.thelodgereno.com/. All times are Pacific Time.
Cost The cost for this event will be $25 per person (cash or Venmo collected at the door) and will include six wine tastings, appetizers, and dessert, and a chance to take home a bottle of Camino wine. Additional beverages and food will be available at an additional cost.

Since the 11th century, monks and pilgrims have been living in the wine regions of the Camino de Santiago. If you have walked the Camino, it is likely that you have tried a wine or two along The Way. Please join us at this popular Wines of the Camino wine tasting event during which we will taste wines from Spain, Italy, and France, paired with a variety of tasty appetizers and sweets.
Our wine bar proprietors, Carly and Leah, are thrilled to host us for this special event. Sommelier Erik Phillips will pour a white and a red wine from Spain, Italy and France for our tasting pleasure, and will provide us with background information on the wines we will be tasting. He will also explain some of the fundamentals of wine tasting as a way of enhancing our enjoyment of the various wines. We will also draw a winner to take home a bottle of a Camino wine! There will be an opportunity to purchase wine during the event.
A variety of appetizers and sweets will be served to pair with our wines.
