Join your fellow pilgrim friends in the Mission Bay Park for a 5-mile easy hike followed by optional potluck lunch at the home of Jose and Lisa. You are welcome to just join us for the potluck!
Parking and meeting point: There is a parking lot at Mission Bay south of the Information Center near a bathroom building called the Runners bathroom.
Meet time near the parking lot: 8:30am
Hike begins: 8:45am
Route description: The route heads along Mission Bay following the boardwalk to the south toward Sea World. We return for a round trip back the way we came.
Optional potluck lunch: 11am at the home of Jose and Lisa 3007 Slayen Way, San Diego 92117.
If you plan to attend lunch, please text Lisa at 858-354-4024 by Friday am, Sept.15 to ensure we have adequate seating. You are most welcome to join the potluck even if you don’t walk.
