Eastern Time Zone, Mountains to Sea Trail from Rolling View State Recreation Area to Little Lick Creek Durham, NC. Just past 2500 Baptist Rd, Durham, NC.  The GPS coordinates work best and are N36.00416, W78.72827.  The parking lot is almost across the street from the sign for the Rolling View State Recreation Area. 

We’ll be hiking on the Mountains to Sea Trail between Rolling View State Recreation Area and Little Lick Creek.  The hike is 9.0 miles (4.5 miles out and 4.5 miles back).  It is rated as moderate difficulty with 461 feet elevation gain and 566 feet elevation loss on natural surface trail with lake views, bluffs…
