Washington, DC: Mid-Atlantic Chapter, Rock Creek Hike and BBQ

On Sunday, July 21st chapter members Dina and Tim Cote will welcome the group to their home again for a summer BBQ. We will start the morning with a 6-mile hike at Rock Creek Park. Meet at Peirce Mill, 2401 Tilden St NW, Washington, D.C., at 9:30am to begin the walk. Parking is free at the Mill. The starting place at the Mill is less than one mile from the Cleveland Park Metro stop for transit riders.

After the hike, we'll transition to Dina and Tim's home in the Cleveland Park neighborhood of DC for a summer BBQ. The Cote's are generously supplying everything for the grill, and the rest of us can each bring a side, dessert or drink. This event requires RSVP and is capped at 75 participants. The exact address of the BBQ will be provided upon RSVP. Last day to RSVP is Tuesday, July 16th.
