For the first time since the Bighorn fire last year the Old Pueblo Chapter is heading up Mt. Lemmon. We will start the hike at the Sunset Trailhead at 7:00am. The Sunset trail will take us to the Marshall Gulch picnic area from which we will do the Marshall Gulch/Aspen Draw loop. The total length of the hike will be 6.1 miles with a modest 1200 ft. elevation change. Let us know you’re coming through the REGISTER button above.

The Sunset Trail parking area is on the left of the highway just past the Butterfly trailhead. Figure about an hour drive time from central Tucson. Due to required protocols, we can’t participate in any carpool at this point but we can help organize efforts – so if you are willing to carry or ride to the starting point in a carpool format please email us and we can start an email conversation. We are providing the Sunset Trail link as well a the Marshall Gulch link for full disclosure.
