Online: Virtual Camino de Santiago Event with Rick Steves’ Europe

On Monday, May 2, Cassandra Overby–past Camino pilgrim and author of Explore Europe on Foot–will lead us on a virtual walk along the Camino de Santiago’s French Way. As we hike along together through professionally shot video of the Camino, Cassandra will stop periodically to talk about packing and preparing for the Camino, other Camino routes to explore, and her own Camino stories–including how she finished her journey by getting married on the steps of the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela! At the end, after we arrive in Santiago de Compostela, Cassandra will answer questions from the audience.

There will be two showings—one at 8:30pm Eastern Time / 5:30pm Pacific Time and another at 10:00pm Eastern Time / 7:00pm Pacific Time. The event is completely free (and ad-free), is hosted on Zoom, and will last about 75 minutes.
