Online: NYC Chapter, Dump it or Ditch it – Decluttering Life after a Camino

Returning home from the Camino brings a whole host of emotions and new challenges… we’re frequently told that our new life begins when we return home. But this can also bring some challenges. The way we lived before may not be the same way we want to live now. Decluttering the spaces (physical, mental and spiritual) that we occupy can be really helpful to grounding our minds and allowing us to move forward. Join me for a discussion about strategies to declutter our spaces and our minds in a variety of ways… Whether it’s been 2 weeks or 20 years since your last Camino, all are welcome and I hope you’ll be able to join us!

Presenter: Jen Werfelman fell in love with the idea of the Camino over a decade ago… but didn’t take her first steps until last spring. Then she dove in head first and completed over 1500Km in a few months. The rest is history. Professionally, she is an elementary Spanish & Latin teacher, as well as Religious Education Director on Long Island. Additionally, she volunteers her time as the President of Country Dance*New York, and with Alpha Phi Omega National Community Service Fraternity.
