Tertulia? “Un grupo informal de personas que se reúnen habitualmente para conversar o recrearse.” “An informal meeting of people who gather regularly to talk about current affairs, arts, etc.” Well, we might guess that “etc” means “Camino”! And “virtual” means “virtual”!
For those of you who have attended our in-person tertulias, this won’t be nearly as free flowing. And you’ll have to look in your refrigerator for appetizers. Bring a beer or glass of wine. But the general premise will be the same: We hope to have past and future pilgrims. This will be a great chance for not-yet-veterans to ask questions of experienced pilgrims and for the experienced pilgrims to offer opinions. Maybe the current and future situation on the Camino. Or simply to talk about whatever comes up.
This event will be limited to 20 participants. But remember that these free Zoom meetings are limited to 40 minutes without re-initiating the event. Hopefully everyone is now experienced enough with Zoom by then that the technical issues on the front end will be minimal!
If you’re in the Chapter’s email list, send us a request to be registered and we’ll reply with the meeting password: ColoradoFrontRange@americanpilgrims.org
