Online: Colorado Front Range Chapter, Virtual Camino bookclub

Given the present imperative of social distancing ("physical" distancing would be a much better term!) the Chapter is hosting several online "virtual" events. Thursday, April 16th at 4:00 we'll have a virtual Camino bookclub via Zoom.

It's likely that all of us have at least one Camino-related book on the shelf. Some of us have a shelf devoted to Camino books. A few have an entire bookcase! Since we can't get together face-to-face at the moment, we're going to hold a virtual Camino bookclub!

Unlike a traditional bookclub where everyone reads the same book, for this one you bring your favorite Camino-related book. Come with the title and author (bring the book along to show the cover). Why did this book resonate with you? What words would you use to recommend the book to others? But remember that these free Zoom meetings are limited to 40 minutes without re-initiating the event, so we'll be limiting participants to about two (!) minutes each. This will be a practice in being succinct! There are always seem to be some technical issues at the start, so that two minutes X 15 attendees will about fill the time.

This is a Zoom meeting so you'll have to have downloaded the Zoom app to your device or computer. When the meeting is scheduled to start (4:00 pm) we'll admit the first 15 people to the event. We will not be recording Chapter Zoom events.
