Madrid, IA: Central Iowa Chapter, High Trestle Trail Sunset Hike

Is this Spain? No, it’s Iowa: Madrid, Iowa! Please join us for a five mile round trip hike at sunset from Madrid (Iowa) along the High Trestle Trail to the bridge over the Des Moines River. We’ll meet near the restrooms at the trail parking lot in Madrid, which is located on the east side of Hwy 17. Please bring a flashlight and/or headlamp as it will be dark on our walk back.
