Ft. Lauderdale, FL: South Florida Chapter, Second Sunday Stroll

Our January walk will take place along the Ft. Lauderdale River Walk. The walk is mostly paved and shaded but it is always a good idea to bring water and sun protection. We will walk a bit over five miles and should take about two hours to complete. We will meet at the Esplanade Park at the corner of SW 5th Ave. and SW 2nd St., across from the Museum of Discovery and Science located at 401 SW 2nd St. Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312. There is plenty of metered parking in the area costing $1 per hr. It can be paid in cash or credit. There is also public parking across the street. This is a rain or shine event and no rsvp is needed.
