A-B-C, it’s easy as 1-2-3. Join us in Fort Collins for a trio of hikes to fight off the cabin fever of winter and early spring. We walked the trails of Arapahoe Bend in January and Bobcat Ridge in March. And now it’s time for Coyote Ridge in April….Putting together a Camino, really is as simple as A-B-C or putting one foot in front of the other. Come join novice and experienced pilgrims for this 5.6 mile loop hike. Expect views of Coyote Ridge to the west and the prairie to the east as we walk the beginning of Coyote Ridge Trail to the Ridge to Ridge Trail. There is minimal elevation gain and the trail is dirt-packed. Most of the trail is dirt-packed (or snow-packed/muddy depending on the weather). Come prepared for all conditions with ice cleats and/or trekking poles as needed. There is NO restroom at the trailhead….so take care of business before the hike! But there is an outhouse about a mile into the hike and we’ll pass by it again as we walk back to the trail head…. Also this is an exposed trail with NO shade….so wear your hat and dress in layers for our Colorado Springtime weather! Bring water and a snack.

Please remember: NO dogs allowed, per American Pilgrims on the Camino policy.
