We will be hiking approximately 4 miles and exploring Holts Landing State Park in Dagsboro, Delaware. The flat trail meanders thru mixed hardwood and a conifer forest. There is a combination of pine straw covered paths, sand mix and boardwalk trails. There are also beautiful views of the Indian River bay.
We will meet at 10:30am in the Holts Landing parking lot at 27046 Holts Landing Road, Dagsboro, Delaware. Bring your lunch and we can picnic after our hike at the shaded picnic area. As with every walk in a wooded area, please make sure you prepare for ticks/mosquitoes.
