Our over-6-mile hike will use a combination of the red-blazed Sweet Gum Trail and the yellow-blazed Homestead Trail. These scenic, moderate trails wind through the forest and other beautiful views along Lake Allatoona and the Etowah River. We will finish up our figure-eight hike by returning to the Visitor’s Center.

Remember, this is a GA state park and you will need to pay a $5.00 fee if you do not have an annual park pass.
